The Dolle 1044565-100 SW40 Wooden Attic Ladder is a fully assembled complete attic access solution and ready for quick and easily installation to access to your attic space. The attic ladder stores within the trapdoor so no attic floor space is required. Available in 3 different casting sizes, this attic ladder kit has a 40mm thick insulated white trapdoor and rubber draught excluder to prevent loss of heat and draughts. Suitable for heights up to 2.88m, with excellent insulation properties the attic ladder has a component U-value of 1.16 W / m²K.
